在临床中积极推行中医护理技术操作的体会

Experience of Actively Promote on Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technology in Clinic

为了提高护理质量和护理人员的中医护理操作水平,从2015年1月开始,在我院组织护理人员积极学习中医基础理论知识、进行学术交流,护理人员主动应用中医知识评估患者并开展中医护理操作技术,对中医技术操作予以规范并实施练习和考核。组织学习1年后各级护理人员均能熟练掌握中医护理操作技术,各病区常规采用中医护理操作技术进行护理。经过此次积极推行中医护理操作,进一步提高了护理人员应用中医护理技术能力和应用中医护理技术护理患者的意识,使得中医护理技术在临床得到常规开展,提高了护理质量。中医护理为临床护理提供了更为多样化人性化的护理方式,在不增加护理人员负担的前提下为患者提供更为优质高效的护理,患者满意度升高,对中医护理接受度不断提高。

In order to improve nursing quality and nursing of TCM nursing operation level, starting from January 2015 in our hospital group is actively studying the basic theory of TCM nursing knowledge, academic communication, active application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing knowledge and TCM nursing technical operation, patient evaluation and technology operations of TCM specification and implementation of practice and assessment. Organizational learning, 1 years nursing personnel at all levels are able to skillfhlly master of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique, the ward routine use of TCM nursing operation technology. After the actively promote TCM nursing procedures, further improving the application of traditional Chinese medicine vursing care technology ability and application nftraditional Chinese medicine nursing care of patients with consciousness, make the traditional Chinese medicine in clinical routine nursing technology, improve the nursing quality. TCM nursing provides a more diversified clinical nursing humanized nursing way, without any increase in burden of nursing staff under the premise of to provide more high quality nursing care for patients, patients with higher satisfaction, increasing willingness to accept Chinese medicine nursing.
