摘要
目的分析高校学生门诊输液心理护理的应用。方法选取校医院门诊输液室的输液患者120例,按照随机方法将其分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组患者常规静脉输液护理,观察组患者添加心理护理,对比护理后两组患者的输液配合度、患者对护理的满意率及并发症情况。结果观察组的护理配合度、护理满意率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对高校学生门诊输液患者实施心理护理可提高患者的护理配合度以及患者对护理的满意率,并可减少并发症发生。
Objective To aualyze the application of psychological nursing for infusion in outpatient department of college students. Methods 120 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random method. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional intravenous infusion nursing. The patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing. The patients in the two groups, satisfactory rate of nursing cart and the complications. Results In the observation group, the nursing cooperation and nursing satisfaction rate were higher than those in the control gToup. The complication rate was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the patient's nursing coordination degree and patient' s satisfaction rate, and can reduce the complication of college students' outpatient infusion.
