护理干预在真菌性阴道炎治疗的应用效果观察

Observation the Effect of Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Fungal Vaginitis

目的观察护理干预用于治疗真菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法随机将110例真菌性阴道炎患者平均分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组治疗有效率、复发率等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于治疗真菌性阴道炎效果显著。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of fungal vaginitis. Methods We divided 110 fungal vaginitis cases into two groups, the control group used routine care, and observation group used nursing intervention on the basis of control group, comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The effective rate, recurrence rate of observation group were significantly better than control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention in the treatment offungal vaginitis is significant.
