摘要
目的 探讨急性心肌梗死（AMI）急诊介入治疗术（PCI）中护理配合对策。方法 选取2015年2月~2016年5月我院收治的120例行PCI治疗的AMI患者进行分组研究,按照抽签法分为常规组（n=60,术中行常规护理）和观察组（n=60,术中行优质护理）,比较两组手术效果。结果 观察组心律失常、低血压发生率和死亡率均低于常规组,组间差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 急性心肌梗死急诊介入治疗术中予以优质护理,有利于提高手术成功率,降低并发症发生率,保证患者生命安全。
Objective To study the strategy of mlrsing coordination m emergency percutaneous coronary intervention（ PCI ）of acute myocardial infarction（ AMI ）. Methods A total of 120 patients with AMI treated with PCI were enrolled in our hospital from February 2（115 to May 2016. According to the method of lottery, the patients were divided into routine group （n=61）, routine nursing ） and observation group （ n=60, intraoperative line of quality care ）, compared the two groups of surgical results. Results The incidence ofarrhythmia, hypotension and mortality in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.135 ） . Conclusion The quality of care during the emergency interventional therapy of acute myocardial infarction call improve the success rate of surgery and reduce the incidence of comphcations and ensure the safety of patients.
