Infection Control Problems and Nursing Management Countermeasures in Surgery Operating Room

目的总结外科手术室感染控制存在的问题及护理管理对策,降低手术室感染发生率。方法此次实验研究选择我院外科于2015年5月进行手术的100例患者,作为实验组,行针对性感染控制与护理干预。另外选择2015年4月未行感染控制与护理干预的100例外科手术患者作为对照组。对比两组患者的护理满意度以及感染情况等。结果组间数据观察指标对比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对外科手术室实施感染控制与管理工作,能够规范医护工作行为,降低院内感染问题发生率。

Objective To summarize the surgical operation room infection control problems and nursing management measures to reduce the incidence of infection in the operation room. Methods 100 cases of the experimental study in our hospital surgical operation in May 2015 were as the experimental group, the needle of infection control and nursing intervention. In addition, 100 surgical patients without infection control and nursing intervention in April 2015 were selected as control group. Comparison of two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction and infection, etc. Results Compared with the observatiou data between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The implementation of infection control and management in surgical operation room can regulate the behavior of doctors and nurses and reduce the incidence of nos0comial infection.
