布鲁氏菌病患者血清中可溶性Tim-3/Galectin-9与相关细胞因子的变化 被引量:17

The change of soluble Tim-3/Galectin-9 and related cytokines in patients infected with Brucella

摘要 目的研究布鲁氏菌病患者血清中可溶性T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白分子3(s Tim-3)与其配体半乳糖凝集素-9(Galectin-9)以及相关细胞因子IFN-γ和IL-4的变化。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测布鲁氏菌病患者血清中s Tim-3和Galectin-9的表达,流式液相多重蛋白定量技术(CBA)检测IFN-γ和IL-4的变化,Pearson法分析布鲁氏菌病患者血清中s Tim-3、IFN-γ及IL-4的相关性。结果与正常对照组相比,布鲁氏菌病患者组血清中的s Tim-3和Galectin-9及IL-4的表达均增加(P<0.05),IFN-γ表达减少(P<0.01),并且布鲁氏菌病患者血清中s Tim-3的表达与IL-4呈正相关(r=0.87,P<0.01),与IFN-γ呈负相关(r=-0.76,P<0.01)。结论 s Tim-3和Galectin-9在布鲁氏菌病患者体内高表达,参与了布鲁氏菌病的发生发展。 To investigate the roles of sTim3 and Galectin-9, as well as related cytokines IFN-γand IL-4 in patients infected with Brucella, the serum levels of sTim-3 and Galectin-9 were detected by ELISA, and the levels of IFN-γand IL-4 were measured by CBA, the correlations of sTim-3 with IFN-γ and IL-4 levels in sera of patients infected with Brucella were analyzed by Pearson correlation test. Compared with healthy controls, sTim-3/ Galeetin-9 and IL-4 expression levels were significantly increased (P〈0.05), while the level of IFN-γ decreased significantly (P〈0.01) in the brucellosis patients. Pearson analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between sTim-3 and IL-4 (r=0.87, P〈0.01), while sTim-3 and IFN-γ were negatively correlated (r=-7.60, P〈 0.01). In conclusion, the increase of sTim-3 and Galectin-9 may be involved in the process of Brueella infection.
