摘要
多元智能理论改变了经典智能的平面化取向,将人类的智能研究推到立体化智能的新高度。人际关系智能是多元智能的重要组成部分,青春期的青少年因为心理与生理原因而出现人际关系智能偏低的状况。针对当前高校师范生的人际关系智能严重不足的现状,在进行量化分析的基础上找出原因,并着力提出切实可行的对策。
The theory of multiple intelligences has changed the orientation of the classical unita- ry intelligence, and has steered the human intelligence research to a new field of the pluralistic intel- ligence. Adolescents, due to certain psychological and physiological factors, tend to be on the low side in terms of their interpersonal intelligence, which is an important part of the multiple intelligences. The paper is a quantitative research to explore possible reasons for the interpersonal relation intelligence inadequacy observed in normal university students, the teachers to be, and tries to find some countermeasures.
