政府购买养老服务,为居家老人提供以解决日常生活困难为主要内容的社会化服务,能够整合社会资源,并节约政府成本。政府购买居家养老服务,政府担任购买方、管理方,提供方是养老服务机构,而使用方是老年人。以政府为中心,实施充分的政民互动,协调好各相关方的关系,能够提升政府购买居家养老服务质量和效率。

Purchasing elderly care by the government, can solve the problem that occupy at home in daily life . As the main content of social services, it can integrate social resources, save costs for the government. When the government purchase elderly care, the government act as the purchasers and management, the provide party of the service act as elderly care service agencies, and the elders act as consumers. The government should coordinate the relationship between the various interested parties, with a sufficient interaction between the government and the public, to promote service quality and efficiency of elderly care purchased by the government.
