摘要 为解决海天煤业3616工作面存在的过废巷问题,通过FLAC3D数值模拟及探巷实测手段,研究废巷的赋存状况,确定废巷的垮落特征;基于此,选用水灰比可调范围大的新型双液注浆材料,开发分次成孔、插管注浆的治理工艺,解决在破碎区打钻注浆遇到的钻进困难、塌孔、漏浆等问题。工程实践表明,用该治理工艺可实现快速成孔且可避免浆液过快、过慢凝固引发的堵孔、漏浆问题。在注浆后的工作面推进过程中,在废巷垮落区域未出现影响生产的大范围冒顶、片帮现象,该治理工艺的合理性得到证明。 In order to solve the problem of panel 3616 crossing caving waste roadways in Haitian mine, the occurrence status of waste roadways was researched through the method of FLAC3D and the exploratory roadway test, and the space of waste roadways were proved to be filled with coal gangue. In order to solve the problem of drilling difficulty, hole collapse, leakage pulp etc in the process of drilling and grouting in the broken zone, a "gradation drilling, intubation grout" treatment process was worked out and a new type of double liquid grouting material was selected, whose ratio of water to cement is adjustable in a big range. The engineering practice shows that the treatment process can be used to achieve rapid pore forming, and avoid the problem of hole plugging and leakage which are caused by grouting material too fast or too slow curing, and that after grouting the panel advanced smoothly without the phenomenon of largely caving and spalling rib. That proves the rationality of the treatment process.
