摘要
我国天然气管道周边区域人口从稀疏到稠密的演变,会使管道地区的等级发生变化。为保障地区等级升级后运行的安全性与经济性,比较国内外地区等级划分标准,参考美国关于地区等级升级管道的管理方法,建立地区等级升级管道3级评价流程。其中,综合评估准则是从使用年限、制造工艺等方面,综合评估管道升级后的承载能力、运行状况及潜在风险。最后,提出包括技术改造和定期维护2个方面的地区等级升级后的风险管理措施。
As a general rule, an increase in population density of a location of natural gas pipelines will upgrade the class of the location. In order to ensure the safety and economic efficiency of natural gas pipelines after class upgrading, several kinds of standards with respect to natural gas pipelines class locations were compared, a three level methodology was worked out for dealing with class upgrading. Comprehensive evaluation criteria of natural gas pipelines after class upgrading were established for evaluating the load carrying ability, operating condition, potential risk of the pipelines, according to service life and manufacturing process among others. Finally, risk management measures were put forward for natural gas pipelines after class upgrading, including technological transformation and regular maintenance.
