光动力抗菌疗法及对鲍曼不动杆菌光灭活作用的研究进展

摘要 光动力抗菌化学疗法(PACT)作为一种利用光敏剂和光源诱导病原微生物发生氧化灭活的治疗手段,其不易因光敏剂的浓度、光剂量、单一用药等因素造成耐药性,对PACT抗菌治疗的机制、常用的抗菌光敏剂及PACT治疗鲍曼不动杆菌抗菌的研究,将为耐药菌的治疗提供一种新的治疗方法,其有望成为最具应用前景的抗感染新疗法。 Photodynamic antimicrobial chemotherapy(PACT) as a treatment method of using photosensitizer and light for inducing oxidative inactivation of the pathogenic microorganisms, and is not prone to result in drug resistance due to the factors such as the concentration of photoseusitizer,light dose and single medication. The researches in the mechanisms of photodynamic antimicrobial therapy, common antibacterial photosensitizers ,the application of PACT on acinetobacter baumannii will help to provide a new treatment for the resistantbacteria, and PACT is expected to become the most promising new anti-infection therapeutic method.
