129例慢性乙型肝炎患者中医体质特征分析

Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medical constitution in 129 CHB Patients

目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者中医体质类型的分布特点,为临床实践"辨体论治"提供理论依据。方法:运用王琦的《中医体质分类与判定表》,对129例慢性乙型肝炎患者以及100例健康体检者进行中医体质判定。结果:慢性乙型肝炎患者病理体质以气虚质、阳虚质、湿热质、痰湿质为主,兼夹质分布由高到低依次是气虚质、湿热质、阳虚质、痰湿质。男性组平和质、痰湿质、湿热质构成比高于女性组;女性组气虚质、阳虚质、气郁质构成比高于男性组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄<40岁的CHB患者气虚质、平和质构成比高于≥40岁组患者;年龄≥40岁组患者阳虚质、阴虚质、血瘀质、气郁质构成比高于<40岁组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性乙型肝炎患者体质类型复杂,易出现兼夹质。性别、年龄影响体质分布。

Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution in CHB patients,to provide theoretical basis for the clinical practice of ＂treating by differentiation of individual＂. Methods：Using the table of Chinese Medicine Constitution Classification and Decision complined by Wang qi,to determine the TCM constitution of 129 patients with CHB and Heaithy subjects. Results：The pathologic constitution of chronic hepatitis B was mainly due to Qi deficiency type, Yang deficiency type, Wet heat type, phlegm wetness type and clamp mass distribution from high to low in turn is Qi deficiency type, Wet heat type, Yang deficiency type and Phlegm wetness type;The constituent ratio of Gentleness type, Phlegm wetness type and Wet heat type in male group were higher than female group; while, The constituent ratio of Qi deficiency type,Yang deficiency type and Qi depression type in female group were higher, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05） ;The constituent ratio of Qi deficiency type and Gentleness type in CHB patients who ages 〈40 yrs were higher than~〉40 yrs and Yang deficiency type, Yin deficiency type, Blood stasis type and Qi depression type in ages I〉40 yrs were significantly higher, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Conclusion ： TCM Constitution in Chronic hepatitis B is complicated and prone to multiple pathology constitution ; Gender and age may affect the distribution of TCM constitution.
