摘要
轴向磁场盘式开关磁阻电机综合了轴向磁场盘式电机和开关磁阻电机的优点,具有重要的应用价值,对这种电机性能的分析和设计是基于其不同转子位置处的磁化曲线。本文以三相6/4极轴向磁场盘式开关磁阻电机为例,采用解析方法,推导得出了该电机定、转子齿中心线对齐位置和定子齿中心线与转子槽中心线对齐位置两个关键位置处的磁化曲线,通过三维有限元方法及实验样机测试,验证了本文给出的解析计算方法的精确性。
The axial flux switched reluctance motor combines the advantages of axial flux motor and swltcnea reluctance one and has found wide application especially in low-speed high-torque or small axial space driven field. The flux linkage plots at aligned and unaligned rotor positions of this kind of motor are essential for its performance analysis and design, which can be obtained by 3-D FEM with high precision but much computer time and such method is not practical in the optimal design. In this paper, the flux linkage plots were ob- tained by analytical calculation, which were verified to have sufficient precision by 3-D FEM and test results of prototype.
