热配合下永磁同步电机的铁损分析及优化

摘要 借助有限元分析软件,对一台变频压缩机用永磁同步电机进行了壳体热配合方式下定子应力分布及铁损的仿真分析,并实验验证了热配合应力对电机铁损的恶化情况。结合应力分布特点,提出一种新的定子方案,其通过增大定子轭部、采用方形流通孔代替圆形流通孔来减小热配合压应力,在降低电机铁损、提升电机效率方面具有显著效果。 With the finite analysis software, performed the stress analysis of a permanent synchronous motor with shrink fitting, and calculated the iron loss under a compressive stress. Examined the effect of shrink fit- ting on iron loss of an actual motor, and under the help of distribution of compressive stress, proposed a new kind of stator shape with bigger yoke and quadrate hole outside of the teeth , the new stator shape is shown and evaluated by experimental results to decrease the iron loss caused by the shrink fit.
