摘要
生物固氮作用是分子态氮在生物体内被还原成氨的过程。豆科植物包括大豆、花生和苜蓿等能够与根瘤菌共生固氮,且固氮效率较高,是传统农业用地中氮素的主要来源之一。
Biological nitrogen fixation is done by way of nitro- genase metalo-enzymes which contain iron, molybdenum, or vanadium in prokaryotes. Some higher plants, such as legume, can fix nitrogen through associations (symbiosis) with rhizobia, which have been used to in- corporate nitrogen into cropping systems for hundreds of years.
