摘要
建立了油泥离心中试平台,通过理论计算研究其分离机理。对中试产物的三组分分析表明,中试离心实验获得的回收油纯度为92.1%。凝胶渗透色谱数据表明,离心后油品有所提升,回收油重均相对分子量由1195降低至1067。基于中试实验数据和理化特性分析,将油泥分为四类处理。通过离心分离理论计算确定了高含固预处理单元以及离心机工况的选型规范。并依据选型规范建立了100 t/d含油污泥资源化利用处置示范工程,对示范工程各阶段产物进行了分析。
The pilot-scale system of centrifugal separation of petroleum sludge was established and the mechanism of separation was studied by theoretic calculation. The results showed that the purity of recovered oil by pilot experiment was 92.1%. The GPC results indicated that the oil quality was improved and the weight-average molecular weight was decreased from 1195 to 1067. Petroleum sludge samples was divided into 4 types according to physicochemical proper- ties and treated by matching methods. Selections of HSPU and operating condition of centrifuge were determined by the- ory calculation of centrifugal separation. Based on the selections, a petroleum sludge disposal demonstration project with a treatment capacity of 100 t/d was established and the products of different stages were analyzed.
