摘要
锅炉在冷炉启动时的投油或投粉后燃料燃尽率很低,并且会污染脱硫系统。针对1000 MW超超临界锅炉的邻炉热一次风联通加热方案,分别从加热系统的风量容量、操作方式、布置型式、安全可靠性和经济性方面进行了相关分析,结果表明该方案可以满足实施和实际运行的条件,且实现后能够提高冷炉启动初期燃料的燃烧效率。
Fuel Combustion rate is low after delivery oil or casting powder during the period of boiler cold start, which maybe pollute desulfurization system. Plan on adjacent furnace heating of hot primary air for 1000MW coal fired unit was analysed, which respectively included air capacity,operation mode,layout pattern,safety and reliability,economy. The results showed that the plan meet the condition of implementation and practical operation, and combustion efficiency increased during the preliminary period of boiler cold start.
