基于熵值法的关天经济区新型城镇化发展水平及空间差异分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立关天经济区新型城镇化综合水平的评价指标体系,并对空间差异进行定量分析。方法通过收集关天经济区相关数据,利用熵值法对新型城镇化发展质量进行了综合测度,从人口城镇化、经济发展、土地城镇化、社会发展、生态环境5个方面,建立了衡量关天经济区新型城镇化水平综合评价指标体系,并运用Pearson法对各指标与综合发展水平进行相关分析。结果关天经济区新型城镇化综合水平划分为5个等级:高质量地区(西安)、较高质量地区(宝鸡)、中等质量地区(铜川、咸阳)、较低质量地区(渭南)和最低质量地区(商洛、天水)。结论 1新型城镇化综合水平总体存在差异,呈现出两端发展低,中间突出的特点;2西安作为省会城市,经济、社会城镇化发展迅猛,但生态环境建设水平最低,其他城市各项指标发展水平的整体差异不大,但总体上处于低水平均衡状态;3社会城镇化、经济城镇化与新型城镇化综合发展水平相关性最显著。 Purposes--To establish the comprehensive level evaluation index system for the newtype urbanization in the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone, China, and to analyze the spatial difference quantitatively. Methods--By collecting relevant data about the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone, the quality of new urbanization development was comprehensively measured with entropy method, the comprehensive evaluation model of urban level index system was established from such 5 aspects as population urbanization, economic development, land urbanization, social development and ecological environment, and the correlation between each index and the comprehensive development level was analyzed with the Pearson method. Results-The comprehensive level of new-type urbanization in the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone is divided into 5 grades: the highest quality area (Xi' an), higher quality area (Baoji), medium quality area (Tongchuan, Xianyang), lower quality area (Weinan) and the lowest quality area (Shangluo, Tianshui). Conclusion--(1) There are a big difference between the new-type urbanization development level in the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone, the two ends of the development level is low, and the middle is prominent; (2) The economic and social development of Xi'an, the capital city, is swift and violent, but the construction level of the ecological environment is the lowest, for other cities, the overall level of the development indicators is slightly different, but generally in a low-level equilibrium state; (3) The most significant correlation with the comprehensive development level of the new-type urbanization is the social urbanization and economic urbanization.
