农民对农村医疗卫生服务满意度及其影响因素——基于375户农民的问卷调查数据

Farmers' satisfaction and its influencing factors of rural health services: Based on the investigation data of 375 farmers

利用四川、陕西、贵州、宁夏375户农民的微观数据,实证分析农民对农村医疗卫生服务满意度及其影响因素。结果表明,农民对农村医疗卫生服务满意度较高,贫困农民对农村医疗卫生服务的满意度高于富裕农民;其主要影响因素有受教育程度、患病后治疗方式、医疗费用、新农合是否减轻医疗负担。具体到富裕和贫困农民而言,虽然不同因素影响各异,但共同的关键影响因素是距县医院距离、医疗费用。

Based on a sample of 375 rural households in Sichuan, Shaanxi, Guizhou and Ningxia, this paper analyzed farmers＇ satisfaction and its influencing factors of rural health services. Results show that farmers＇ satisfaction with rural health services is high and poor farmers＇ satisfaction is higher than that of rich farmers. Its influencing factors include education level, treatment after illness,medical expense and whether the new rural cooperative medical care burden decreasing. Different factors have different effects on the rich and poor farmers, and the key factors are distance from their home to the county hospital and the medical expense.
