摘要
超薄天然石板材是现代石材行业发展的趋势。文章列举了传统薄板的切割设备和方法,阐述了现今金刚石串珠多组绳锯的应用,提出金刚石线超薄天然石板材切割技术,并结合多组绳锯理念说明未来金刚石线锯在石材行业应用的前景。通过切割大理石荒料进行试验,得出金刚石线切割大理石具有切割效率高,切割表面光洁度好,板材更薄,耗能小等诸多优势。进一步分析了金刚石线上磨粒强度、粒度、浓度,对金刚石线磨损的影响,分析结合剂磨损,裂纹,气泡效应对金刚石线失效的贡献等。
Ultra-thin natural stone slab is the trend of the development of the modern stone industry.Traditional sheet cutting equipment and method has been listed in this article, and current application of diamond wire saw has been discussed.Meanwhile,the applica-tion prospect of diamond wire saw in stone indusrty has been predicted through analysis of ultra-thin natural stone slab cutting technique by diamond wire saw along with the con-cept of multi-group wire saw.Through the cutting experiment to marble blocks,it is concluded that diamond wire saw cutting has many advantages such as hign efficiency, good surface smoothness,thinner finished product and lower energy consumption.Influ-ence of strength,particle size and concentration of the abrasive particles of the diamond wire saw on its abrasion has been further discussed.The influence of binding agent abra-sion,fissure and bubble effect on the failure of diamond wire saw has also been analyzed.
