刍议文化自觉在教师专业自主发展中的意义

摘要 近年来,教师专业发展研究开始关注其内在发展机制,强调通过文化的自我觉醒、自我反省、自我创建实现教师专业发展。本文从教师专业自主发展角度,探究文化自觉对于教师专业自主发展的重要意义,使教师意识到自己是专业发展的主体,不断提升自我效能感、自觉养成反思的习惯、重视自身实践智慧的积累和理论更新等方面的能力,使教师真正获得专业发展自主权,实现专业自主发展。
