摘要 目的为饮用天然矿泉水品质的综合评价和航天饮水的研制提供依据与技术积累。方法以天然矿泉水为分析对象,建立了基于电感耦合等离子体发射光谱的矿物元素分析方法,通过对市售主要品牌天然矿泉水矿物元素及主要理化性质分析与比较,考察了不同水源地矿泉水主要矿物元素品质差异。结果天然矿泉水普遍低钾,高钙,我国西北地区矿泉水普遍含锶元素,而部分东北水源地矿泉水未检出锶元素。结论受地理环境的影响,不同水源地天然饮用矿泉水的主要矿物元素含量差异明显,矿物元素品质综合评价可用于水源保护和监测,也可以作为不同水源地天然矿泉水鉴真的指纹信息。 Objective To provide the research basis and technology accumulation for the evaluation of natural mineral water and the development of space-quality water. Methods The natural mineral waters served as the objects of analysis and a mineral element analysis method based on the emission spectrum of inductively cou- pled plasma was established. The mineral elements and main physicochemical properties of the major market brands were analyzed and compared. The main differences of water minerals between different sources were in- vestigated. Results All the natural mineral waters had lower potassium and high calcium. The strontium was rich in mineral water from Northwest China, but not detected from the Northeast sources. Conclusion Affected by the geographical environment, the contents of the main minerals were quite different for nature mineral wa- ters from different resources. A comprehensive evaluation of the mineral elements can be used for water quality protection and monitoring, and can also be used as water from different sources. a discriminative fingerprint information for natural mineral
