Study on the Overall Commercial Lighting Environment Under Asset-Light Strategy

本文在万达集团商业地产发展模式进行轻资产转型的背景下,研究探讨其商业综合体照明设计的相应调整及策略应对。通过对万达轻资产项目特点的分析,结合国内外典型商业光环境案例的研究、亮/照度数据采集,评价总结出照明手法及适宜的亮/照度指标。同时提出轻资产模式下整体商业光环境的照明解决方案及标准,以在成本效益化的要求下,实现照明整体效果最优、保障品质呈现及夜间活力营造。

Under the background of the transformation of the commercial real estate to asset-light mode of Wanda Group, this article inquired into the corresponding adjustment strategy of the commercial complex lighting design. Based on analysis of the characteristics of Wanda asset-light projects, and combined with the domestic and foreign typical commercial light environment case study, it summarized the lighting approach and the appropriate luminance / illuminance data through evaluation. At the same time, this article put forward the lighting solutions and standards of the overall commercial lighting environment under the asset-light mode, in order to realize the optimal lighting effect, guarantee the quality of the lighting and the night vitality.
