DCT整车起步控制策略及试验

Strategy and Verification of Launch Control Logic in DCT Vehicle

摘要 为了进一步优化起步控制,分析了湿式双离合器自动变速器的特点,建立了起步过程的动力学建模,以面向对象的思想划分了DCT起步的四个阶段并基于此制定了单离合器起步的控制策略,以江淮汽车自主研发的DCT为目标进行了策略的标定和试验工作,通过优化不同油门开度下的标定参数所得到的结果表明,本文提出的控制策略能很好的满足湿式DCT汽车的起步性能要求。 In order to further optimize the initial control, based on the analysis of wet dual clutch transmission' s working principle, this paper set up the dynamic equations during launch phase, divided the launch into four steps and raised the strategy adopting the object oriented programming principle. After that the calibration and test verification of the model were finished in the test vehicle of Jianghuai Automotive Company. With the optimi- zation of the parameters in different gas pedals , the vehicle can get good launch performance and quality working with the strategy and model raised in the paper.
