摘要
随着智能电网建设需求的发展,无工频变压器大功率电力电子变换器,以其低污染、高效率、智能化等多种优势引起人们越来越多的关注。无工频变压器大功率变换器的两种单相拓扑,由级联式多电平AC-DC整流模块、双向DC-DC变换模块和多电平DC-AC逆变模块构成。根据双向全桥DC-DC变换器的故障诊断的原理,对现价段故障诊断的研究成果进行分析比较,提出了一种基于通过提取高频隔离变压器原边电压作为诊断特征的故障诊断方法。当开路故障诊断发生在双向全桥DC-DC变换器原边的任一开关时刻,可以产生的异常状态的指示,并且会在控制系统中触发一个有源移相,在此时可以准确的定位出故障开关的位置。并通过仿真实验对该故障诊断方法进行验证,证明了该方法的正确性和在实际电路中的可用性。
According to the principle of the fault diagnosis of bi - directional full - bridge DC - DC converter , Fault diagnosis method is directed to use a voltage converter as a diagnostic feature in this paper, when any open fault diagnosis occurs in phase - shifted full - bridge DC - DC converter on the primary side of a switch, can pro- duce abnormal state, and in control the system triggers an active phase, at which point you can aceuratel^y locate the position of the failure of the switch. The correct and availability of fault diagnosis method is proved by simula- tion.
