物流企业要想在竞争激烈的市场中取得优势,就必须向现代化、信息化的物流企业转型。企业资源管理计划(ERP)是基于网络经济时代的新一代信息系统。它主要用于改善企业业务流程以提高企业核心竞争力,是物流企业转型必不可少的一部分。以A集团为例,将层次分析法和模糊评价方法相结合,研究在A集团中实施ERP的可行性。

Logistics enterprises seeking competitive advantage in the competitive market should aspire to modernization and informatisation. Enterprise resource management plan （ERP） is a new information system based on the network economy era. Serving for the improvement of business processes and core competitiveness of enterprises, it plays an essential role in the transformation of logistics enterprises. Taking A Group as an example, this paper combines the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method to study the feasibility of implementing ERP in A Group.
