摘要
工厂农民工集体行动在提升农民工集体认同感和组织化,推动劳动法律法规改革和完善等方面发挥了积极的作用。但是一些个别过激的集体行动也给劳资关系的和谐稳定带来了冲击。工厂农民工集体行动存在着由经济领域的劳资关系冲突转变为政治领域的官民冲突,激化社会群体对立,削弱党执政基础,危及和谐社会建设的风险。风险源综合治理和风险演化机制切断则是化解农民工集体行动风险的主要机制。
Factory migrant workers' collective action has played a positive role in enhancing their collective identity and organization and promoting the reform and perfection of labor laws and regulations. But some radical collective actions also have had a negative impact on the harmony and stability of the relationship between the employers and the employed. Factory migrant workers' collective action may bring risks, which transforms con- flicts between the employers and the employed in economic arena into conflicts between the ruling and the ruled in political arena, intensifying the enmity between different social groups, undermining the foundation of the rule of our party and endangering social harmony. Comprehensive management of the source of risk and cutting the evolution mechanism of risks is the main mechanism in resolving the risks of migrant workers' collective action.
