西盟县力所乡农业发展现状调查及建议

Investigation on Present Situation and Suggestions of Agricultural Development of Lisuo Town in Ximeng County

农业产业发展是促进农业产业结构调整、实现农业现代化、促进农业增效的有效措施,也是边疆少数民族地区人民群众实现脱贫致富的有力保障。准确把握当地农业发展基本,找准存在的问题及困难,加快推进农业产业化发展进程,充分挖掘农业内部增收潜力,增强农村经济"造血"功能,将加大当地群众实现脱贫致富的步伐。本文以西盟县力所乡为例,调查研究了当地农业发展现状,以期为边疆少数民族地区的农业发展提供一定的理论依据。

The development of agricultural industry is an effective measure to promote the adjustment of agricultural industry structure, realize the modernization of agricuhure,and promote the efficiency of agriculture.It is also a powerful guarantee for the people in the minority areas in the border areas to achieve poverty alleviation.An accurate grasp of the basic development of local agriculture ,finding the existing problems and difficulties ,to accelerate the development of agricultural industrialization,to fully tap the growth potential of agricuhure,can strengthen rural economy ＂blood＂ function, and will increase the local people to realize the pace of poverty alleviation.Taking Lisuo Town of Ximeng County for example,it researched the current situation of local agricultural development,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the a~＇ricultural develooment in ethnic minority border areas.
