Characteristic literature showed the characteristics of library collection,it should give full scope to the characteristic literature superiority,pay attention to traditional culture and the fusion of service to deepen the cultural inheritance of library functions. It was expressed from creating the culture brand as the starting point,paying attention to characteristic literature resources construction and transmission,inheriting traditional culture as the function,strengthening the characteristic literature resources protection and development,and serving the teaching and scientific research as the goal to expand research and handing down characteristic literature resources.
