From the perspective of industrial innovation in Bengbu City,the specific practice and restrictive factors of the innovation and development of Bengbu industry had been analyzed. From integration and development of technology and Industry,the structural reform of supply-side,park construction,optimizing resource allocation such several aspects were put forward as countermeasures and suggestions for industry innovation and development during ＂ the 13 th Five-Year＂ period of Bengbu.
