A型肉毒毒素注射联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Botulinum Toxin A Injections Combined Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Upper Limb Spasm after Cerebral Apoplexy

目的:观察分析A型肉毒毒素注射联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年1月~2015年2月期间在某院进行治疗的68例脑卒中后上肢痉挛患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组(34例)、对照组(34例),对对照组患者常规进行康复训练,观察组患者联合A型肉毒毒素注射治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗12周后,观察组患者的Ashworth痉挛量表评分为(1.41±0.20)分,对照组为(2.40±0.21)分,组间对比,观察组患者的改良Barthel指数评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于脑卒中后上肢痉挛的患者来说,在常规康复训练治疗基础上联合A型肉毒毒素注射可有效改善患者痉挛程度,提高患者的生活质量,值得进行推广应用。

Objective：To analyze the clinical effects ofbotulinum toxin A injections combined rehabilita- tion training in the treatment of upper limb spasm after cerebral apoplexy.Methods：68 cases of patients with upper limb spasm after cerebral apoplexy treated in a hospital from January 2013 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （34 cases） and control group （34 cases）.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given botulinum toxin A injections therapy on the basis of control group. Then compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results： After 12 weeks treatment,the Ashworth spasm scale score of patients in observation group was（1.41±0.20）, and that of control group respectively was （2.40±0.21）.The modify-Barthel score of patients in observation group was significantly better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with upper limb spasm after cerebral apoplexy, on the basis of conventional rehabilitation training combined botulinum toxin A injections can effectively im and improve patient＇s quality of life,which is worthy of popularization and app
