新生儿病理性黄疸给予蓝光联合茵栀黄颗粒治疗的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Blue Light Combined Yinzhihuang Particles Therapy in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

目的:探讨新生儿病理性黄疸给予蓝光联合茵栀黄颗粒治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2015年2月~2016年2月期间某院收治的118例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿,将所有患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各59例,观察组患儿给予蓝光联合茵栀黄颗粒进行治疗,对照组患儿采用单纯蓝光治疗,观察并对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果:两组患儿的治疗总有效率分别为96.61%、76.27%,组间临床疗效比较,观察组优于对照组,对比有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗后,观察组患儿血清胆红素浓度明显低于对照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组患儿退黄时间比较,观察组要短于对照组,组间数据比较有显著性差异,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:蓝光联合茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效优于单用蓝光照射治疗的效果,能显著降低患儿血清胆红素浓度,退黄速度快,该治疗方案具有临床推广价值。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of blue light combined Yinzhihuang particles therapy in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods： 118 cases of patients with neonatal jaundice treated in a hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 59 cases in each group.The observation group was given blue light combined Yinzhihuang particles therapy, and the patients in control group received blue light treatment alone, Then compared the clinical effect of two groups. Results：The total efficiency of observation group （96.61%） was better than that of con- trol group （76.27 %） ,which the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） ;After treatment, the serum bilirubin concentration of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, which the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05） ;The removing jaundice time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, which the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion ： Blue light combined Yinzhihuang particles therapy in the treatment of neonatal jaundice is superior to blue light therapy alone,which can significantly reduce serum bilirubin concentration, with shorter removing jaundice time, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
