综合保守疗法与手术治疗腰间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Conservative Therapy and Surgical Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探析综合保守疗法与手术治疗腰间盘突出症临床治疗效果。方法:随机抽选研究对象为2013年2月~2015年12月某院治疗的60例腰间盘突出症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予综合保守疗法与手术进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗有效率是90%,对照组是76.7%,且观察组患者的工作生活能力的优良率是84%,对照组是80%,组间比较的差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:综合保守疗法治疗腰间盘突出症临床疗效明显优于手术治疗,能够改善患者的临床治疗效果,大大减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective. To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive conservative therapy and surgical therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods.60 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients treated in a hospital from February 2013 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given comprehensive conservative treatment, and the other group received surgical treatment,Then compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results：The clinical treatment efficiency of observation group and control group was 90% and76.7 % respectively,and the ex- cellent rate of work-life ability of observation group and control group was 84 % and 80 % respectively,which the differences between the two groups were not significant （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of comprehensive conservative therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is significantly better than that of surgical treatment ,which can improve the patients＇ clinical treatment effect and greatly reduce the suffering of patients.
