尿糖与尿微量白蛋白联合检验对糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断作用分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨尿糖与尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)联合检验对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断价值。方法:糖尿病早期肾损伤患者40例纳入观察组,健康志愿者40例设为对照,分别测定尿糖、mAlb水平,并分析其对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断价值。结果:观察组尿糖(3.05±1.42)mmol/L、mAlb(37.56±5.22)mg/L较对照组高(P<0.05);尿糖及mAlb联合检验对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断灵敏度为94.3%,特异度为80.0%,准确度为92.5%。结论:尿糖与mAlb联合检验对糖尿病早期肾损伤具有较高诊断价值,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of urine sugar and urine microalbumin joint test for early diabetic renal injury.Methods.40 diabetes patients with early renal injury treated in a hospital from May 2013 to March 2014 were included in the observation group, and 40 healthy volunteers were marked as the control group.The urine sugar and mAlb level of patients in the two groups were determined respectively,and its diagnostic value of early diabetic renal injury was analyzed.Results:The urine sugar and mAlb level of observation group [(3.05± 1.42)mmol/L, (37.56±5.22)mg/L] were significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.05);The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of early diabetic renal injury by urine sugar and mAlb joint test was 94.3 %, 80.0 %, and 92.5 % respectively.Conclusion. The diagnostic value of urine sugar and mAlb joint test for early renal injury of the diabetes is higher,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
