2014年东莞市事业单位人员无偿献血血液检测结果分析

摘要 目的:了解东莞地区事业单位人员无偿献血血液安全状况,为当前东莞无偿献血新模式转轨提供参考。方法:对2014年东莞市参与无偿献血的7156名事业单位人员的献血情况及血液检测结果进行统计分析。结果:东莞市参加无偿献血的事业单位人员ALT、HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、抗-TP等指标均低于街头无偿献血人群,其中ALT、HBsAg、抗-HIV和抗-TP差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);事业单位重复献血者总不合格率为0.95%,低于初次献血者血液不合格率1.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:事业单位人员不仅可以成为固定献血者的一个重要来源,而且对宣传和推动无偿献血的发展起到很好的表率作用。应加强重复献血者队伍建设,提高血液质量。 Objective:To provide a reference for transition of new model of donating blood in Dongguan at present by grasping the blood safety conditions of donating blood from institution officers of Dongguan.Methods:The situation of donating blood and the testing results from 7156 institution officers of Dongguan in 2014 were analyzed by statistics.Results:The indexs of the blood from institution officers of Dongguan like ALT, HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV, anti-TP,and so on, were tested, which the results were lower than the blood from unpaid blood donors on street. The differences of ALT, HBsAg,anti-HIV and anti-TP were statistically significant (P 〈0.05).The total unqualified rate of repeated donors from institution officers of Dongguan (0.95%) was lower than that of first time donors (1.85%),which the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Institution officers could not only become the important source of blood donors,but also have very good leadership on publicizing and promoting the development of unpaid blood donation. We should strengthen the repeated blood donors team construction to improve the quality of blood.
