茵栀黄联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床小观察

Clinical Observation of Yinzhihuang Combined Blue Light Irradiation in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

目的:探讨茵栀黄联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法:抽取88例医新生儿黄疸患儿并随机分成两组,观察组(n=44)应用茵栀黄联合蓝光照射治疗,对照组(n=44)单纯采取蓝光照射治疗,对比两组患儿治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率、治疗后血清总胆红素值、不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:茵栀黄联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果显著,安全可靠。

Objective. To investigate the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang combined blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods.88 cases of patients with neonatal jaundice were selected and ran- domly divided into two groups.The observation group （n = 44） was given Yinzhihuang combined blue light therapy,and the control group （n =44） received blue light therapy alone,then compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results. The effective rate, total serum bilirubin after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group were better than those of control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion. Yinzhihuang combined blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice has significant clinical effect, which is safe and reliable.
