心脏B超检查在高血压心脏病患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Cardiac B Ultrasound Examination in Patients with Hypertensive Heart Disease

目的:探讨高血压心脏病患者诊断中心脏B超检查的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月~2016年1月某院收治的59例高血压性心脏病患者的一般资料,所有患者均临床确诊为高血压性心脏病,均自愿签署知情同意书。分别对59例患者实施心脏B超和心电图检查,分析两组检查方法的诊断结果。结果:心脏B超检出左心室肥厚患者的准确率明显高于心电图,结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:心脏B超检查在诊断高血压心脏病中有着较心电图检查更为显著的应用效果,值得进行深入研究和推广。

Objective. To evaluate the effect of cardiac B ultrasound examination in patients with hypertensive heart disease.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 59 cases of patients with hypertensive heart disease treated in a hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were performed,and all patients were clinically diagnosed as hypertensive heart disease, who signed informed consent voluntarily.All of 59 patients received cardiac B ultrasound examination and ECG, then analyzed the diagnosis results of two inspection methods. Resuits：The accuracy rate of detection of patients with left ventricular hypertrophy by Heart B-detection was significantly higher than that of by ECG,whieh the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. Cardiac B ultrasound in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease has more significant effect than ECG application, which is worthy of further research and promotion.
