经尿道前列腺剜除术在老年前列腺增生治疗中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Transurethral Enucleation of the Prostate in the Treatment of Senile Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:对应用经尿道前列腺剜除术对患有前列腺增生疾病的老年患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法:选择某院收治的患有前列腺增生疾病的老年患者88例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组44例。采用经尿道前列腺电切术对对照组患者实施治疗,采用经尿道前列腺剜除术对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果:治疗组患者前列腺增生疾病的手术治疗效果明显优于对照组;术后排尿功能恢复正常时间和术后住院治疗总时间明显短于对照组。结论:应用经尿道前列腺剜除术对患有前列腺增生疾病的老年患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of transurethral enucleation of the prostate in the treatment of senile patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods：88 senile patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given transurethral resection of prostate therapy,and the treatment group received transuretbral enucleation of the prostate treatment. Results： The surgical treatment effect of treatment group was better than that of control group;The postoperative urinary function recovery time and postoperative hospitalization time of treatment group were significantly shorter than those of control group.Conclusion：Transurethral enucleation of the prostate in the treatment of senile patients with hyPerplasia disease has very obvious treatment effect.
