Sponge City of Hunan Province Concept Implementation of the Status Quo

2013年12月,海绵城市的概念被提出,随后湖南省各市争先展开海绵城市理念推行相关工作。本文指出了湖南省海绵城市理念推行工作推行现阶段存在着民众知识结构和观念的差异及推行分工不明确和专业人员缺乏等问题,同时提出了相应解决措施。

Sponge cities in China as early as 2013 the urbanization in the central working conference held on December official put forward, then the cities of Hunan province rushed to sponge urban concept implementation of related work. This paper pointed out that the concept of sponge city of Hunan province to implement work for public knowledge structure and concept differences exist at present stage and the division of labor was not clear and lack of professionals, at the same time puts forward the corresponding solutions.
