水稻订单种植在天津地区的初步探究

Preliminary Research on Rice Order Planting in Tianjin Area

近年来,天津地区出现了很多水稻生产合作社和种植大户,水稻生产模式也由传统的种植模式向订单种植模式转变,结合企业实践,研究了在转变过程中所遇到的问题。研究表明:造成订单履约率低的原因一般为订单双方社会地位悬殊,信息不对称,政府不适当干预。建议采取的措施有引入违约金机制,最低价收购机制,提高订单产品科技含量。

In recent years, there has been a lot of rice production cooperatives and large planting in Tianjin area. Rice production pat- terns also changed from the traditional planting mode to the order mode. Through business cases, the problems encountered in the process of transformation were studied. The research results showed that generally speaking, the reasons for the low rate of order ful- fillment included the two sides of the order of the social status of the gap, asymmetric information, no appropriate intervention of the government. Measures could be taken including the introduction of default payment mechanism, the lowest acquisition mechanism, joining the order product technology content.
