摘要
在烟苗育苗期间施用不同种类及不同浓度的植物生长调节剂,根据植物生长情况选出最佳浓度及最优试剂。结果显示:施用缩节胺对于株高、叶片数、叶质量提升效果明显,矮壮素对于株高、叶质量,叶片数有效果。对于生根数,缩节胺效果波动大,在A5这一组中达到最优效果;矮壮整体提升效果明显。综合相关结果后认为A5为最优效果即施用缩节胺(DPC)且浓度为0.2 g·L-1。
During seedling period applying different kinds and different concentrations of plant growth regulators, according to the plant growth the optimal concentration and the optimal reagent were selected. The results showed that the effect of applying shrinkage amine for plant height, leaf number, leaf weight lifting was obvious, stocky element for plant height, leaf weight, leaf number was obvious. For the number of rooting the effect of shrinkage amine had large fluctuations, A5 in this group achieved the best results. The overall promotion effect was obvious, and A5 had the optimal effect, that was the application of the amine (DPC) with the concentration of 0.2 g.L^-1.
