水联网与水利信息化理论探讨及应用实践 被引量:19

摘要 根据水利信息化的发展历程,介绍水联网的定义和特点,并阐明水联网与水利信息化、智慧水利之间的关系,构建一套基于水联网模型的水利信息系统综合应用体系与框架,结合水联网在防汛决策、水资源管理中的具体应用,给出基于水联网的水利信息化系统的特点及未来的发展方向。 According to the development process of water resources informatization, the article introduces definition and characteristics of internet of water, and illustrates the relationship among internet of water, water resources informatization and smart water constructs a set of comprehensive application system of water resources information system and framework which is based on the model of internet of water. In addition, using some concrete applications about internet of water in flood control decision and water resource management, it presents the characteristics and the future directions of water resources informatization system based on internet of water.
