天然活性成分对糖尿病的调控作用及其相关基因的研究进展

糖尿病是一种常见的内分泌代谢性疾病。目前,天然活性物质对糖尿病治疗的药理活性和机制在不断探索中,主要体现在抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抑菌、降糖、降压、预防冠心病及动脉粥样硬化等作用,同时基因可作为糖尿病治疗的靶标。本文主要综述了苷类、生物碱类、多糖类及黄酮类化合物对糖尿病的相关调控作用,同时对糖尿病相关基因做了简单介绍。目前临床医学通过采用药物、抗体、生物或物理因子等对糖尿病基因作用网络的重要节点进行作用,使其崩裂或改变,这使糖尿病的治疗能达到较好的效果。随着现代分子生物学及制药工程的发展,进一步深入研究明确天然活性物质的药理、毒理作用及其相应作用机制,对挖掘其商业和临床价值都意义匪浅。

Diabetes is a common endocrine and metabolic diseases.At present,the natural active substances of new pharmacology and mechanisms have been in the continuous exploration,mainly reflected in the antiviral,antitumor,antiox-idant,antibacterial,reducing bloodsugar,reducing blood pressure,prevention of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease and so on.Genes can be targets of diabetes treatment.This article mainly summarized the relevant regulation of nucleoside,alkaloids,polysaccharide and flavonoids on diabetes,at the same time the genes related with diabetes were simply introduced.The development of modern clinical medicine adopted drugs,antibodies,biological or physical factors to affect on the network of important nodes of the diabetes genes,making it crack or change,which could achieve good results in the treatment of diabetes.With the development of molecular biological and pharmaceutical engineering,further study of specific natural active substances of the pharmacological,toxicological effects and the mechanism can be carried out,so as to excavate its business and clinical valueimmensely.
