摘要
以建筑师的视角对绿色建筑技术体系进行分析和归纳,提出绿色建筑技术五大体系,阐述绿色建筑的适宜性,总结绿色建筑的被动式设计与建筑创作的关系,提出绿色技术优化集成的工作方法和路径,并对绿色人文与通用设计、绿色城区与城市更新修补以及未来绿色建筑等我国绿色建筑发展中的重点问题进行论述和剖析。
This article analyzed and summarized green building technology system from the perspective of the architects. Five systems of green building technology were proposed and the suitability of green buildings was expounded. The relationship of passive design and architecture design of a green building was summarized; and operating methods of green technology optimization integration were proposed. The key problems,such as green culture,universal design,green neighborhood,urban renewal repair,future green building,and etc,were also described and analyzed.
