全联合构架单钢管柱空间作用影响系数 被引量:1

SPATIAL WORK EFFECT COEFFICIENT OF SINGLE STEEL PIPE COLUMN IN ENTIRELY UNITED FRAMEWORK

摘要 以某500 k V全联合变电构架为工程背景进行出线构架柱的受力分析,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,获得3种连接刚度的单钢管柱及其相应独立杆的受力情况,得出内力与位移的空间作用影响系数,并与传统A型出线柱分析结果进行比较,探讨连接刚度和构架形式对计算结果的影响。研究表明:单杆柱构架较A型柱构架受力性能有一定的优越性。单杆柱出线构架空间作用影响系数存在一定的规律性和不确定性,不同工况下的不同内力需分别确定其系数。利用空间作用影响系数,可将出线柱模型简化为单杆模型进行研究分析。 A 500 k V entirely united framework was taken as an engineering background to illustrate the mechanical analysis of the outgoing line column. ANSYS,the finite element analysis software,was applied to obtain the mechanical behavior of single steel pipe columns with three kinds of connection stiffnesses and corresponding isolated columns. Spatial work effect coefficients(SWEC),including force coefficient and displacement coefficient,were calculated using the ANSYS results and were compared with that of traditional A-shaped outgoing line columns. The influence of connection stiffness and shape of column on the SWEC were investigated. The results indicated that compared with A-shaped column,single steel pipe column showed certain superiority in mechanical properties. Since regularities as well as uncertainties were revealed,each SWEC of single steel pipe column was suggested to be applied separately under different working conditions. The outgoing line column model can be simplified into a single steel pipe to be studied.
