摘要
最近三星NOTE 7手机因为自燃爆炸的事件持续发酵,受到全球的关注,10月11日三星电子已经宣布三星note 7手机将全球停产。本文回顾了三星事件的始末,从电池工艺的角度给出了可能导致缺陷的原因。通过对比分析现行相关国际、国内检测标准,从第三方检测机构的角度,就锂电池安全测试问题提出了建议。
Recently, Samsung note 7 phone attracted the attention of the world for the event of self-ignition and explosion, and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has announced that this cellphone will be stop producing from 11th October. This paper reviews the whole story of the event, and proposes the portable cause of lithium ion battery defect from the manufacture process. By comparison the domestic and international standards, we put forward a proposal on the safety testing of lithium ion battery from the angle of third-party detection institution.
