In the combustion process of domestic gas cooking appliances, the height of grate will affect the thermal efficiency index. Through experimental method, we can explore the relationship of grate height of effects on the thermal efficiency index, then analyze the internal reasons from the theoretical level, thereby put forward the optimal parameter of grate height to guide the development and use of the burner of domestic gas cooking appliances.
