高校图书馆参与高校智库建设与服务的优势及路径研究

Advantages and Path Research About University Library Participation in Think-Tanks Construction and Service

[目的 /意义]高校智库作为中国特色新型智库的重要组成部分正在发挥着重要的作用。作为高校文献信息中心和为教学、科研服务的重要机构,图书馆的新型智库服务,如何满足新形势下的需要对其具有重要研究意义。[方法/过程]通过文献调研与实践分析发现,高校图书馆在文献资源、人力资源、学科服务方面具有参与智库建设与服务的优势。以哈尔滨商业大学图书馆为例,对图书馆参与智库建设与服务的路径进行研究。[结果/结论]从宣传智库、开发并利用特色馆藏、提供智库型服务和成为高校智库的信息存储等方面提出建设的思路,为图书馆提高智库能力建设提供参考。

[ Purpose/significance] As an important part of the Chinese think tanks, the university think tanks are playing an important role. The library is the literature information center of university and an important institution for teaching and scientific research. So how to adapt to the needs of the new think tanks under the new situation is of great significance to its development. [ Method/process] Through literature research and practice analysis, the university li- brary has the advantages of participating in the construction and service of the think tanks in the literature resources, human resources and subject services. Taking the library of Harbin University of Commerce as an example, the research on the path of Library participation in the construction and service of the think tanks is carried out. [ Result/conclusion] The paper presented that the key point of construction should be advocacy of think tanks, development and using special col- lection, providing services based on think tanks and information storage. The paper can also provide reference to improve the capacity of the library think tanks.
