面向科研数据管理的高校学科馆员能力建设研究

Research on the Ability Construction of Subject Librarians in Universities for the Scientific Research Data Management

[目的 /意义]高素质的学科馆员队伍是高校图书馆拓展服务领域的基本前提。探讨高校科研数据管理服务对学科馆员的能力需求,从而有针对性地加强学科馆员的能力建设,对进一步提升我国高校科研数据管理服务水平具有重要意义。[方法 /过程]梳理国内外研究现状,对高校图书馆科研数据管理的内容进行归纳,明确科研数据管理服务中的学科馆员角色。[结果 /结论]阐述科研数据管理对学科馆员的能力要求,提出面向科研数据管理服务的学科馆员能力建设策略。

[ Purpose/significance] High-quality subject librarian team is the basic premise for a university library to expand its service areas. It is of great significance for further enhancing our scientific research data management service level, to discuss on the scientific research data management services in capacity requirements of subject librarian so as to strengthen the ability construction of them. [ Method/process ] The research status at home and abroad was combed, the contents of the scientific research data management of university library were summarized, and the role of subject librarian in the scientific research data management services was defined. [ Result/conclusion ] This paper expounds the require- ments of ability for the subject librarian to serve for the scientific research data management, and puts forward the con- struction strategy for them.
