相容剂对PP/PA1010/CaCO_3复合材料性能的影响

摘要 以聚丙烯(PP)及尼龙1010(PA1010)为共混基体,以碳酸钙为填料,分别以硬脂酸、马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM-g-MAH)为相容剂,采用熔融共混注射的方法,制得了PP/PA1010/CaCO_3复合材料,研究了复合材料的力学性能和热性能。研究结果表明:硬脂酸及EPDM-g-MAH都可以改善PP/PA1010/CaCO_3复合材料各相的相容性,但EPDM-gMAH的改性效果要优于硬脂酸;当EPDM-g-MAH的质量分数为5%时,复合材料的综合力学性能最佳。EPDM-g-MAH及硬脂酸的含量,对PP/PA1010/CaCO_3复合材料的起始分解温度和终止分解温度影响不大。 The melt blending method was used to prepare the PP/PA1010/CaCO3 composites with PP/PA1010 as a blend matrix, calcium carbonate as a filler,and stearic acid or maleic anhydride-grafted ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM-g-MAH) as compatible agents. The mechanical properties and thermal properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that stearic acid or EPDM-g-MAH can improve the compati- bility of each phase of the PP/PA1010/CaCO3 composites, and the modification effect of EPDM-g-MAH is better than that of stearic acid. When the weight content of EPDM-g- MAH is 5%, the optimum mechanical properties of the composites are deserved. And the weight content of EPDM-g-MAH or stearic acid has a limited effect on the initial decomposition temperature and terminal decomposition temperature of the PP/PA1010/CaCO3 composites.
